WORCESTER — The Worcester Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Sebastian Jean.
He was last seen by his family on Plantation Street on June 12.
He is likely wearing a black “Essentials” sweatshirt and black sweatpants.
Anyone with information about his current location is asked to call 911 or 508-799-8606.
