PROVIDENCE — Members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Samuel Vasquez, age 38, of Providence, on June 10 on charges including armed robbery and failure to appear for restitution review.
Vasquez was taken into custody without incident on an affidavit and arrest warrant from the Providence Police Department for armed robbery and a Providence County Superior Court warrant for failure to appear for restitution review on an original charge of first-degree robbery from the Cranston Police Department.
The Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Carlos Del Rosario, age 33, of Providence, on June 10 for five counts of casino cheating and one count of larceny.
Del Rosario was processed at the Wickford Barracks, arraigned in Second District Court and released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail.
Members of the ACI Investigations Unit made multiple arrests on June 12, including Carlos Rodriguez, age 21, for violation of no contact order, second offense.
Rodriguez was arraigned in Third Division Court as a Superior Court violator and granted $1,000 surety bail.
Cary Guy, age 32, of Dighton, Massachusetts, was arrested for possession of controlled substance less than 10 grams and granted $1,000 surety bail.
Shaylyn Moran, age 24, of Cranston, was arrested for two counts of assault with bodily fluids while incarcerated and granted $5,000 surety bail.
Wilkins Manzanet, age 49, of Winthrop, Massachusetts, was arrested as a fugitive from justice from Massachusetts and remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs Department pending his return to Massachusetts.
Devonte Lewis, age 23, of Woonsocket, was arrested for simple assault and granted $1,000 surety bail as a Superior Court violator.
The Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Marlon Clements, age 53, of Providence, on June 12 for sex offender registration violation.
Jashua Encarnacion, age 25, of Central Falls, was arrested on a federal arrest warrant for conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and transported to the Providence Federal Courthouse.
Members of the HIDTA Task Force and Pawtucket Police Special Squad arrested Michael Santiago, age 34, of Lincoln, on June 12 for multiple drug charges including possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, heroin, cocaine and marijuana.
Juan Alamo, age 31, of the same Lincoln address, was arrested on identical charges.
Both Santiago and Alamo were processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to officials at the ACI Intake Center pending arraignment in Sixth District Court.
Alejandro Devers Ducoudray, age 46, of Providence, was arrested by HIDTA Task Force members for possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and arraigned in Sixth District Court.
Members of the Auto Theft, ACI Investigations and Intelligence Units arrested Ruben Medina, age 44, of Johnston, on June 11 for multiple charges including forgery, tampering with odometer and obtaining money under false pretenses.
Medina was presented as a Superior Court violator and received $7,000 surety bail.
The Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Xavier Sanchez Arrunategui, age 19, of Woonsocket, on June 12 for possession of child pornography.
Arrunategui was arraigned in Sixth District Court and issued $5,000 personal recognizance with special conditions including no unsupervised contact with minors and restricted internet access.
