SOUTHPORT — A 37-year-old Southport man was arrested June 11 on a charge of obstruction of government administration in the second degree following a disturbance in town.
Andrew J. Spaziani was charged with the Class A misdemeanor by the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office.
Spaziani was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Southport Town Court on a later date.
