RUTLAND TOWN — A 26-year-old Rutland man was cited for unlawful trespass after allegedly entering private property he had previously been banned from, Vermont State Police said.
Troopers from the Rutland Barracks were notified of a trespassing complaint at approximately 5 p.m. Tuesday at a residence on North Grove Street in Rutland Town.
Investigation revealed that Ean Bruno had trespassed onto private land after being previously trespassed from the property, police said.
Bruno was located by troopers Wednesday and transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing before being released on a citation.
