LOWELL — A 44-year-old North Troy man has been cited for child luring following a Vermont State Police investigation.
Wayne Lepage was cited June 11 for the offense after an investigation that began in August 2024.
A complaint was filed with State Police in August 2024 alleging that Lepage attempted to lure an underage child online to a location in Lowell.
Police said Lepage allegedly offered alcohol and drugs in exchange for the child’s participation in sexual acts.
The Vermont State Police culminated their investigation with the citation issued June 11.
