HUNTINGTON — Vermont State Police responded to a residence on Main Road at approximately 11:47 a.m. May 8 for a reported dispute.
Troopers spoke with both parties involved about the incident.
Investigation revealed that Colby Bevins, 28, of Huntington, violated his court-ordered conditions of release by engaging in threatening and tumultuous behavior.
The victim was identified as Dana Nagy, 53, of Bristol.
Troopers worked closely with the Chittenden County State’s Attorney Office throughout the investigation.
The state’s attorney’s office directed that Bevins be issued a citation to appear before the Chittenden County Superior Court, Criminal Division to answer the charge of violation of conditions of release.
Bevins is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. July 17.
