Broome County sheriff seeks man wanted on sex offender registry violation

KIRKWOOD — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is seeking Michael Pavlisak on an outstanding warrant for violating sex offender registry requirements and a New York State parole violation.

Pavlisak, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds, has brown hair and green eyes.

The 40-year-old white male was last known to frequent the Upper Court Street area of Kirkwood.

The warrant charges include violate sex offender registry second offense and New York State parole violation.

Sheriff’s officials are asking county residents for assistance in locating Pavlisak.
