WEATHERSFIELD — A 32-year-old Windsor man was arrested on DUI charges following a rollover crash Tuesday evening.
Christopher Monroe was taken into custody after Deputy Watrous responded to the single-vehicle rollover on Route 5 near the Route 44a intersection at approximately 8 p.m.
The Windsor County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by the Windsor Police Department in the investigation.
Deputies determined Monroe was under the influence of alcohol while operating the vehicle.
Monroe was transported to the Windsor Police Department where he was processed and issued a citation.
He was released to a sober person and is scheduled to appear in court.
