UTICA — A 13-year-old boy was charged with criminal mischief after allegedly pouring water into a fire alarm system at a residential facility, causing more than $8,300 in damage.
Police responded to the 1600 block of Sunset Avenue on May 27 following reports of the incident.
The case was assigned to the Juvenile Aid Unit.
The teen received an appearance ticket to Oneida County Family Court/Probation on charges of criminal mischief in the second degree.
