SOUTH WINDSOR — Police arrested two men this week on separate charges including breach of peace and failure to appear warrants.
Robert M. Milone, 57, of South Windsor, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of breach of peace in the second degree.
Police responded to a suspicious circumstances complaint at the Valero Gas Station at 180 Sullivan Avenue at 3:20 a.m. Tuesday.
Officers determined that Milone caused alarm to a victim by following her around an empty parking lot at 2 a.m., parked behind the victim to prevent her from leaving, and then pulled next to the victim’s driver’s side window while possibly photographing or videoing her.
Milone was issued a misdemeanor summons and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on June 25 at 9 a.m.
In a separate incident, Adam J. Nieves, 39, of South Windsor, was arrested Tuesday at 9 a.m. on two active failure to appear arrest warrants.
Nieves turned himself in at police headquarters and was processed and held on a total bond of $120,000.
Nieves was transported to Manchester Superior Court on Wednesday for arraignment.
