RUTLAND — Vermont State Police cited a 27-year-old transient man for retail theft Monday after he allegedly stole an iPad Air from Staples.
Police received a call at 2:43 p.m. from the Rutland Staples store reporting that an iPad Air order had been stolen.
Troopers responded to the scene and conducted an investigation.
The investigation revealed that Logan Irwin had stolen the iPad, according to police.
Irwin was issued a citation to appear in Rutland County Superior Court on the retail theft charge.
