HARTLAND — A 39-year-old Hartford man was arrested June 9 on charges including criminal driving with a suspended license, resisting arrest and lewd and lascivious conduct at the Hartland Park and Ride off Exit 9.
Brandon Kenison was found by Windsor County Sheriff Ryan Palmer in the back seat of a vehicle engaged in a lewd act after Windsor Police Officer Condon reported that Kenison was in physical control of a motor vehicle with a criminally suspended license.
Kenison refused to exit the vehicle and obey lawful commands from Palmer, according to the Windsor County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies Keefe and McCabe responded to assist along with Officer Condon.
Kenison’s wife arrived at the scene shortly after, and authorities determined that Kenison had been in control of the vehicle.
Kenison was transported to the Windsor Police Department where he was processed and given a citation to appear at Woodstock Court on Sept. 16.
