ENOSBURG — Vermont State Police cited a 27-year-old man for simple assault following an early morning altercation on Church Street.
Skyler Goodwin of Enosburg was issued a citation June 9 after police determined he assaulted Hunter Mitchell, 26, also of Enosburg, during a verbal argument at 12:50 a.m. June 8.
Mitchell sustained a laceration to his right ear from the assault, according to police.
The Vermont State Police St. Albans barracks responded to the incident after being notified of the assault.
