Cuba man arrested on felony charges for alleged court order violation

CUBA — Cuba Police arrested Eric J. Burkhard, 40, of New Hudson, N.Y., on June 8 at approximately 3:30 p.m.

Burkhard was charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, a felony, and aggravated family offense, a felony.

The charges stem from an alleged violation of a court order.

Burkhard was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail for centralized arraignment.

Bail was set at $30,000 cash or $60,000 bond.
