RICHMOND — Vermont State Police arrested a 32-year-old Fairfax man on a violation of conditions of release charge Saturday night at the Richmond Park and Ride.
Troopers responded to a welfare check at the park and ride at 10:12 p.m. June 7.
Police located Kyle Fielden at the location.
Through investigation, troopers determined Fielden had violated his court-ordered conditions of release.
Fielden was arrested and transported to the Williston State Police Barracks for processing.
He was issued a citation and lodged at Northwestern State Correctional Facility for lack of $200 bail.
Fielden is scheduled to appear in Chittenden Superior Court on June 9 at 8:30 a.m.
