RICHFORD — Two Richford men were cited for false pretenses after allegedly using a debit card without permission to make multiple cash withdrawals.
Vermont State Police were notified at 8:30 a.m. May 9 of the unauthorized use of a debit card on Troy Street.
Police determined that Steven Russell, 59, and Christopher Gervais, 54, both of Richford, used the debit card to withdraw money multiple times without permission.
Russell and Gervais were located June 7 and issued citations for false pretenses.
