Man arrested on drug impairment charges in West Fairlee

WEST FAIRLEE — Vermont State Police responded to the area of Vermont Route 113 and Mill Street on June 7 at 7:23 p.m. for a report of a male passed out in the driver’s seat of a vehicle.

Upon arrival, the operator, Clayton Flye, 44, of Chelsea, was showing signs of impairment and subsequently taken into custody for DUI-Drugs.

Flye was transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing.

He was later released with a citation for DUI-Drugs and is scheduled to appear in Orange County Superior Court – Criminal Division on July 30.
