BALLSTON — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 61-year-old man on aggravated DWI charges following a single-vehicle crash May 31.
Raymond C. Palmer of Ballston Spa was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or greater, all unclassified misdemeanors.
The crash occurred at 9:29 p.m. on Outlet Road in the town of Ballston.
Palmer is accused of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.20%.
He was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Ballston Town Court.
