LYNDONVILLE — A 50-year-old Wheelock woman was arrested on her second DUI charge Friday night after being stopped for a motor vehicle violation.
Stephanie Squires was pulled over by a Lyndonville Police Department patrol officer on Route 122 near U.S. 5 at 11:23 p.m. June 6.
The traffic stop was initiated after the officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Route 114.
Further investigation revealed that Squires displayed signs of impairment by alcohol, according to police.
Squires was arrested for DUI and released to a sober party with a citation.
She is scheduled to appear in Caledonia Superior Court for arraignment on June 23 at 8:30 a.m.
The vehicle was grounded.
