BOLIVAR — Three people were charged with burglary and other offenses following an incident June 5, police said.
Bolivar Police charged Tabitha A. Main, 34, of Bolivar; Jessie W. Proctor, 42, of Bolivar; and Dylan M. Perkins, 22, of Bolivar, with third-degree burglary, a Class D felony.
The three also were charged with second-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, and fifth-degree conspiracy, a misdemeanor.
All three were held at Allegany County Jail pending an appearance at CAP court.
