OLEAN — A 32-year-old woman was arrested at her residence Tuesday on an outstanding indictment warrant charging her with drug-related felonies.
Danee Ellis of 1304 North Union St. was taken into custody June 3 by the Olean Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit.
Ellis faces two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
All four charges are Class B felonies related to the alleged sale of crack cocaine in the city.
The arrest resulted from an investigation conducted by the Street Crimes Unit.
Ellis was transported to jail to await further proceedings.
The Street Crimes Unit was assisted by patrol officers and the drug task force.
