OLEAN — A 63-year-old woman was arrested June 3 at her apartment on an outstanding indictment warrant for selling crack cocaine.
Phyllis Jackson of 332 Laurel Ave. was taken into custody at her lower apartment following an investigation by the Street Crimes unit.
Jackson was charged with one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, both B felonies.
The case was presented to a grand jury after the Street Crimes unit investigation.
The Street Crimes unit was assisted by the Drug Task Force and patrol officers.
Jackson was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail to await further proceedings.
