OLEAN — A 36-year-old Olean man has been indicted on felony drug charges following his arrest by the city’s Street Crimes Unit.
Stacey R. Spencer Jr. was arrested May 23 for allegedly selling crack cocaine in the city.
A Cattaraugus County Grand Jury handed up an indictment and issued a warrant for Spencer’s arrest.
Spencer faces one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
Both charges are B felonies.
Spencer is being held in the Cattaraugus County Jail awaiting further court proceedings.
