Man injured in motorcycle crash in Manchester

MANCHESTER — Manchester Police responded to a motorcycle accident near the intersection of South Willow Street and Union Street on June 5 at approximately 11 a.m.

The investigation revealed that a motorcycle traveling northbound on South Willow Street crashed as it approached Union Street.

The motorcycle did not strike any other vehicles.

The rider, a 78-year-old Manchester man, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Roads in the area have since been reopened.
