READSBORO — Vermont State Police arrested a 64-year-old North Adams, Massachusetts man on suspicion of DUI after responding to a threatening complaint June 4.
Police responded to a residence on Vermont Route 100 at 8:52 p.m. following the complaint.
Through investigation, officers determined that one of the parties involved, Ronald Bissaillon, had been operating his motorcycle and displayed indicators of impairment.
Bissaillon was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and transported to the Shaftsbury Barracks for processing.
He was later released on citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division on June 23 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charge.
