EDEN — Vermont State Police cited a 24-year-old woman Monday after she allegedly took a vehicle without the owner’s permission following an argument.
Police received a complaint at 1:03 p.m. May 26 from Diana Rodgers, 63, of Eden, who reported that Jillian Brown of Eden had taken her vehicle without permission after an altercation over the keys.
Brown eventually returned the vehicle to Rodgers.
Brown was cited for operating without consent of owner and is scheduled to appear in Lamoille County Superior Court – Criminal Division.
