MIDDLESEX — Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to the area of Brook Road in Middlesex for a motor vehicle that crashed off the road at approximately 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Subsequent investigation led to the operator, David Magne, 69, of Middlesex, being taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.
Magne was issued a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court- Criminal Division.
