NORWICH — A 33-year-old man was arrested June 2 on drug charges following a traffic stop in the city.
Nathaniel D. Dibble of Poolville was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, according to the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies conducted the traffic stop and discovered Dibble, who was operating the vehicle, was in possession of methamphetamine, authorities said.
Dibble was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
