NEWBURY — Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to a report of an intoxicated woman yelling at people on Maple Street at approximately 2:25 p.m. June 3.
Upon arrival, officers determined that Cassandra Carbee, 39, of Newbury, was the woman yelling at people.
Carbee told troopers she had been drinking.
Investigation revealed that Carbee was in violation of court-ordered conditions of release.
She was taken into custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing.
Carbee was released with a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court – Criminal Division on July 2 at 12:30 p.m.
