Mount Hope police arrest 2 on traffic charges in May

MOUNT HOPE — Two women were arrested on separate traffic-related charges during May, according to the Mount Hope Police Department.

Kathleen A. Sheil of Cuddebackville was arrested May 20 and charged with driving while intoxicated.

She was also issued multiple vehicle and traffic summonses.

Sheil was processed and released with an appearance ticket and traffic summonses returnable to Mount Hope Justice Court on June 24.

Natasha L. Brighton of Port Jervis was arrested May 22 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Brighton was also issued multiple vehicle and traffic summonses.

She was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to Mount Hope Court on June 12.
