HYDE PARK — A 68-year-old Hyde Park man has been arrested on charges of inappropriate physical contact with three Arlington High School students during the 2024-2025 school year.
Robert J. Siniscalchi was arrested June 3 following a month-long investigation by Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office detectives in conjunction with the Arlington Central School District.
Siniscalchi is charged with three counts each of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors.
He was processed and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of LaGrange Court on June 17.
The Sheriff’s Office said no further information about the victims or the case will be released to protect their identities.
