BOSCAWEN — A man was arrested Tuesday night after police received a tip about someone unlawfully entering the Boscawen Transfer Station.

At approximately 9:45 p.m. June 3, the Boscawen Police Department received a report that a male on a bicycle with a trailer had entered the transfer station without permission.

Boscawen police responded with assistance from Concord police and located a man traveling with an e-bike and attached trailer containing stolen items.

The man was identified as Kevin Muzzey and arrested on charges of criminal trespassing and receiving stolen property.

Police said neighbors around the transfer station had been vigilant in helping identify an individual who had been repeatedly entering the facility during late night and early morning hours to steal items.
