LEWISTON — Maine State Police are investigating the death of a 42-year-old woman found at a residence on Old Greene Road on Monday morning.
Lewiston Police responded to the home at 5:10 a.m. June 2 for a death investigation.
The Lewiston Police Department requested assistance from the Maine State Police Major Crimes Unit South.
The deceased was transported to the Office of Chief Medical Examiner in Lewiston where an autopsy will be performed to determine cause and manner of death.
The investigation is ongoing and there is no threat to the public.
