EAST LYME — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man suspected of stealing property from a local restaurant.
The suspect was involved in an incident at Dad’s Restaurant on Main Street on May 30 at approximately 11:30 p.m., according to the East Lyme Police Department.
The man fled toward Waterford on a scooter with property that does not belong to him, police said.
