CORTLANDVILLE — A 32-year-old woman was arrested on petit larceny charges after allegedly stealing merchandise from a local Walmart on May 29.
Kellie A. McKee of Gallagher Road was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, according to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office.
Officers were dispatched to the Walmart at 819 Bennie Road at approximately 5:05 p.m. for a reported larceny complaint.
McKee was arrested at 5:40 p.m. and transported to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office where she was processed.
She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear for arraignment in Cortlandville Town Court on June 9 at 1:00 p.m.
