WEATHERSFIELD — A 27-year-old Bellows Falls man was arrested on a drug DUI charge following a motor vehicle crash on Interstate 91 on June 1.
Vermont State Police troopers from the Westminster Barracks received a report of the crash at approximately 3:12 p.m. on southbound I-91 at mile marker 48 in Weathersfield.
Investigation of the incident resulted in the arrest of James J. Magnuson for driving under the influence of drugs.
Magnuson was transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear before the Vermont Superior Court – Windsor Criminal Division on Aug. 19 at 8:30 a.m.
