WATERTOWN — State Police are requesting help from the public identifying a male who committed a larceny at the Target on April 28.
Anyone who recognizes the male in a photo released by police is asked to contact State Police at 315-366-6000.
The case number is NY2500360586.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
