Newbury man arrested on violation of release conditions charges

NEWBURY — Vermont State Police responded to a report of a family fight at a residence on U.S. Route 302 on May 27 at 9:50 p.m.

Investigation revealed that Theodore Garrison, 61, of Newbury, had violated his conditions of release.

Garrison fled the scene before troopers arrived.

On June 1 at approximately 6:40 p.m., troopers located Garrison at the same residence and found he was again in violation of his conditions of release.

Garrison was arrested on two counts of violation of conditions of release.

He was transported and processed at the St. Johnsbury Barracks.

Garrison was released on a citation to appear at Orange County Superior Court.
