Herkimer woman arrested on driving charges after Otego crash

OTEGO — A Herkimer woman was arrested Thursday following a motor vehicle accident investigation that revealed she was driving with a suspended license.

Kimberly E. Martin, 31, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and unlicensed operator, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.

The arrest came after deputies investigated a motor vehicle accident in the town of Otego on May 29.

During the investigation, authorities discovered Martin had a suspended New York State driver’s license.

Martin was issued uniform traffic tickets and an appearance ticket.

She is scheduled to appear in Otego Town Court at a later date.
