Fulton County sheriff reports 19 arrests, 361 incidents over 2-week period

JOHNSTOWN — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office handled 361 incidents and made 19 arrests during a two-week period from May 9-22, according to a press release.

The incidents included 25 motor vehicle accidents, 75 traffic stops, 16 welfare checks, 13 domestic violence complaints and 11 disorderly conduct cases.

Other incidents reported were 10 mental health complaints, nine animal complaints, four larcenies, two trespass complaints, one burglary, one criminal contempt, one drug overdose, one DWI, one fraud case and one unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

McKenzi L. Dingman, 25, of Gloversville, was charged in Johnstown with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with .08% or more blood alcohol content, both first offenses.

Christopher I. VanHusen, 61, of Gloversville, was charged in Gloversville with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, a D felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, an A misdemeanor.

Brandon D. Woodcock, 23, of Amsterdam, was charged in Perth with harassment in the second degree, a violation, and criminal contempt in the first degree, an E felony.

Jeremy W. Sweet, 48, of Palatine, was charged in Ephratah with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree and circumventing interlock subject to court order, an A misdemeanor.

Perry R. Siver Jr., 39, of Dolgeville, was charged in Oppenheim with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, an A misdemeanor.

Nathan P. Reynolds, 52, of St. Johnsville, was charged in Oppenheim with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree and use of leased/rented/loaned vehicle without interlock device, an A misdemeanor.

Justin T. Emerich, 27, of Gloversville, was charged in Mayfield with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.

Kyle J. Krauss, 30, of Gloversville, was charged in Johnstown with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.

Emily N. Dawson, 31, of Edinburg, was charged in Johnstown with petit larceny, an A misdemeanor.

Kari A. Rouse, 39, of Johnstown, was charged in Johnstown with petit larceny, an A misdemeanor.

Bernard A. Winch, 49, of Galway, was arrested on a warrant issued by Fulton County Family Court.

George E. Ahrens Jr., 40, of Johnstown, was arrested on a warrant issued by Fulton County Family Court.

Juan C. Medina, 41, of Johnstown, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant.
