CORTLAND — The Cortland Police Department made 17 arrests between May 25 and May 31, according to the department’s weekly arrest summary.
Ansia C. Villatoro, 18, of Elm Street, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. May 26 on Northcliffe Road on a charge of second-degree harassment involving physical contact.
Tristen C. Libbey, 27, of Northcliffe Road, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. May 26 on Northcliffe Road on charges including execution of an arrest warrant, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, criminal mischief with intent to damage property and endangering the welfare of a child.
William Dave Schaap, 38, of River Street, was arrested at 4:31 p.m. May 27 on River Street on charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct involving fighting or violent behavior, and disorderly conduct for obstructing traffic.
Melissa C. Williams, 48, of Central Avenue, was arrested at 4:13 a.m. May 28 on Central Avenue on a city ordinance violation for permitting excessive barking.
Jared Duke Gilley, 35, of Cortland, was arrested at 12:33 p.m. May 29 on Clinton Avenue on a trespassing charge.
Nicholas S. Partis, 38, of Central Avenue, was arrested at 11:58 a.m. May 30 at Main Street and West Court Street on a bench warrant.
Crystal Ann Lockwood, 38, of Central Avenue, was arrested at 1:41 p.m. May 30 on Port Watson Street on a trespassing charge.
Kyle James Wing, 33, of River Street, was arrested at 1:41 p.m. May 30 on Port Watson Street on a trespassing charge.
Ian M. Bleck, 33, of West Main Street in Marathon Village, was arrested at 1:58 p.m. May 30 on River Street on a trespassing charge.
Katelyn D. Foster, 37, of Central Avenue, was arrested at 1:58 p.m. May 30 on River Street on a trespassing charge.
Gary A. Bowers, 43, of Cortland, was arrested at 4:38 p.m. May 30 at Central Avenue and Church Street on charges of riding a bicycle on a sidewalk and petit larceny.
Christian B. Olmstead, 45, of Cortland, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. May 30 on Clinton Avenue on a bench warrant.
Kaitlin Renee Duff, 24, of Church Street, was arrested at 6:48 p.m. May 30 on Church Street on a bench warrant.
