WILLIAMSTOWN — A Barre City man was arrested Friday morning on charges of first-degree aggravated domestic assault.
Edward Quintin, 33, was taken into custody after Vermont State Police responded to a reported dispute at approximately 10:03 a.m.
Troopers determined Quintin caused serious bodily injury to a family member while a child was present.
Investigators found Quintin had prior convictions for aggravated domestic assault.
He was processed at the Berlin Barracks and lodged for violating probation and parole conditions.
Quintin is scheduled to appear in Orange County Criminal Division on June 2 at 12:30 p.m.
