TONAWANDA — A Town of Tonawanda police patrol vehicle collided with a Toyota Highlander while responding to an emergency Friday evening.
The accident occurred at approximately 8:40 p.m. at the intersection of Sheridan Drive and Niagara Falls Boulevard.
Officer Kayleigh Stack was driving to an emergency call when her patrol vehicle struck a 2011 Toyota Highlander driven by 52-year-old Pah Du of Buffalo.
Both Stack and Du were transported to Kenmore Mercy Hospital where they were treated for minor injuries and released.
The Town of Tonawanda Police Department’s Accident Investigation Unit is investigating the collision.
