OWEGO — New York State Police at Owego are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male subject who broke into the old Quality Inn Hotel and stole thousands of dollars worth of tools.
The break-in occurred on May 30 around 7 a.m. at the former hotel located on State Route 434 in the town of Owego.
According to police, the suspect illegally entered the building and fled on foot with a black bicycle after taking the tools.
