ONEONTA — The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of David L. Miller, 47, of Otego, on three counts of petit larceny.
Deputies said the arrest followed an investigation into a larceny complaint at Walmart, located at 5054 State Highway 23 in the Town of Oneonta.
Miller was taken into custody on May 27, then processed and released with an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in Town of Oneonta Court at a later date.
