BROOKLINE — A 62-year-old local man was arrested Friday morning following a domestic assault investigation.
Vermont State Police from the Westminster Barracks responded to a report of a domestic assault on Grassy Brook Road at approximately 11:17 a.m.
Authorities determined Julien Lavoie, of Brookline, had committed the offense.
Lavoie was taken into custody and later released with conditions.
He was issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on June 2 at 8:30 a.m. to face a domestic assault charge.
