Boston police seek 3 women in rock-throwing vandalism

BOSTON — Detectives from the Boston Police Department are seeking the public’s help to identify three women who allegedly vandalized a vehicle by throwing rocks at it in Roxbury.

The incident occurred Monday, May 19, at about 3:40 p.m. in the area of 15 Guild Street, according to police.

Authorities say three individuals surrounded a vehicle and began throwing rocks at it, with one female repeatedly smashing the windshield with a rock, causing it to shatter.

The vehicle sustained significant damage in the attack, police reported.

All three suspects appeared to be in their early twenties, according to the police description.

The first suspect was described as a light-skinned female with pink/red hair and a skinny build, wearing a brown shirt and brown shorts.

The second suspect was described as a brown-skinned female with puffy brown hair and a heavier build, wearing a sweatshirt, black pants, and white sneakers.

The third suspect was described as a brown-skinned female with brown hair and a skinny build, wearing a black long-sleeve shirt, black pants, and brown shoes.

Boston Police Department detectives are actively investigating the incident and urge anyone with information to contact District B-2 Detectives at (617) 343-4275.
