LAWRENCE — An undercover operation led to the arrest of a North Andover man on multiple charges related to child enticement.
Zachary Nocco, 41, was taken into custody following a joint operation involving the Lawrence Police Department’s Street Narcotics Enforcement Unit, the Massachusetts State Police High-Risk Victims Unit, and the State Police Gang Unit North.
Nocco faces charges including child enticement, attempt to commit a crime, attempted rape of a child, and inducing a minor for sexual intercourse.
He was processed at the Lawrence Police Department without incident and arraigned in Lawrence District Court.
The Lawrence Police Department stated it remains committed to collaborating with state and local agencies to protect children from potential threats.
