LYNDONVILLE — A Lyndonville man was arrested on multiple felony warrants after police executed a search warrant at a Vail Drive residence.
Officers responded to 342 Vail Drive following reports of suspicious activity.
A search warrant was granted by the court and executed on the morning of May 30 at 7:20 a.m.
George Ellis Phelps, 42, was located in the basement and arrested on two active warrants.
The first warrant was for felony assault and robbery with a hold without bail order.
The second warrant included nine counts of probation violation with underlying charges ranging from counterfeiting to credit card fraud, with bail set at $2,000.
Phelps was processed at the Lyndonville Police Department before being ordered held at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility.
Jennifer Sheehan, 40, was also cited at the scene for accessory and providing false information to police.
She is scheduled for arraignment in Caledonia Superior Court on July 21 at 8:30 a.m.
