Stamford police seek public’s help in finding missing man

STAMFORD — The Stamford Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Justin Simmons, who was reported missing by family members on Monday, May 26, at approximately 1:15 p.m.

Simmons was last seen in the Home Depot parking lot around 6 a.m. on May 26.

He had reportedly been dropped off at the store the evening before, though he has not worked there in the past two weeks.

Employees observed him sitting outside near the lumber section around 1 a.m., but he was not scheduled to work.

Simmons is described as a Black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair.

He was last seen wearing a Home Depot shirt, dark pants, and a blue sweatshirt or rain jacket.
